Blue Ostrich Winery and Vineyard
Welcome to the family owned and operated Blue Ostrich Winery & Vineyard. For many years this facility was one of the foremost ostrich breeding and ranching facilities in the southwest. The structure that houses our winery, tasting room and corporate offices was once filled with ostrich eggs, chicks and fledglings. The acreage to the west that nurtures our Tempranillo, Viognier and Cabernet grapevines was the same hillside where hundreds of 7 foot tall ostrich roamed during the 80’s and 90’s.

Bear’s Den Diner
Bears Den Diner, at the Gate of Nocona Hills, is widely acclaimed for offering up warm hospitality and hearty, made-to-order breakfast, including pancakes the size of hubcaps and hash browns made from scratch, among other generous offerings. The diner is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesdays through Fridays, and open for a special Fish Fry dinner on Friday – so plan your travel accordingly!
Doc’s Bar & Grill
Doc’s Bar & Grill is located on Main Street in downtown Muenster. From burgers to sandwiches to dinner selections (including such German-inspired entrees as Schnitzel, Sausage on a Bun and Sausage Platter), the menu is extensive enough to satisfy every appetite. And if you have a sweet tooth, ask your server about the scrumptious made-from-scratch, freshly-baked layer cakes and homemade desserts. Miller AA Ranch
Miller AA Ranch is a family owned and operated deer, cattle and hunting ranch located in beautiful Montague County, only three miles from the Red River on the Texas/Oklahoma border. Part of the Cross Timbers region of Texas, we are located two hours northwest of Dallas Fort Worth, near the charming historic town of Saint Jo. We pride ourselves on quality: our Whitetail breeding program specializes in large framed typical genetics and our commercial Angus herd produces exceptional replacement heifers.

Trophy Ridge Whitetails
Having been a professional wildlife management consultant for more than 30 years, we finally decided to practice what we had been preaching. In 2003 we high fenced about 800 acres of our Saint Jo ranch and designed a state of the art A.I. facility and breeding pens. Initially we bought does from many of the top breeders in Texas and inseminated them with semen from superior bucks with proven “pass-down” genetics. Our primary selection criterion has been trophy quality antlers at an early age (minimum 220” by age 3); many have exceeded this by age 2. Our final product then is a trophy buck that can be released at age 3, and make a significant genetic contribution to pasture deer herds in Texas.

Stonewall Saloon Museum
The Stonewall Saloon Museum is located on the historic downtown square in Saint Jo, Texas. The Stonewall Saloon was the first permanent structure built in historic Saint Jo in 1873 to accommodate thirsty trail drovers moving cattle along the Chisholm Trail. The museum showcases the history of Saint Jo in an authentic saloon setting. Explore our site and come visit the Stonewall soon. Admission is free. Donations are welcome at the door.
Panache Clothing and Gift Shop
Panache is very much a family business. Lynne’s husband, Brian, remodeled the building’s interior, keeping as much of the authentic hardware store as possible. You may find him performing odds and end jobs around the store and “maintaining” as Lynne sees fit — if you’re lucky, he may even pour you a glass of his favorite Texas wine.
C.T. Chappell Boots
Artisan boot maker, Carl Chappell, has made it his business to pass on his knowledge to others interested in the trade through seminars, DVD’s and personalized training. The waiting list for his boots is currently 24 months. You can visit his shop, watch the making of boots and see custom designs by Carl. You can even attend his boot making school and learn how to make your own pair of boots.

Founded by Donna Howell-Sickles and husband, John Sickles, in April of 2010, Davis & Blevins Gallery is a unique fine art gallery in Saint Jo, Texas. Located 1.5 hours North of Dallas/Fort Worth, and nestled in the picturesque Red River Valley, Saint Jo is positioned on the historic Chisholm Trail - now better known as Highway 82.
